Here it is, my long awaited year in review. I've collected some of
the highlights of this past year, along with a some new stories and
perspectives to keep you busy reading over the holidays. Finally
armed with a free week without a deadline until February, I can relax a
bit and rest up for my trip to meet up with my family in Orange County,
California. In the meantime, I decided to put together this
expansive summary of the last year. I'm exhausted and broke, but
all in all, this was a very good year, with a lot of surprises and
enough fun to make all the slow and hard times seem far away. So
skim through, and I hope you find some enjoyment in it.
Here's what's waiting for you:
-
The Top SCHLIEFKEVISION stories of the year
-
Politics: The Schliefke curse continues. McCain and Kerry will
forever rue the day they met me.
-
Art: The shows and work I'm most proud of.
-
A story about Dogs.
-
Food: Some of the finest I tasted all year.
-
Thanks to the folks who kept me going.
-
A look back at the frustrating work I tried to accomplish in studio this
year
-
My Goals for 2005: disturbingly similar to the unrealized goals I had in
2004.
See ya'll in 2005.
