Here’s your chance to buy some $50 paintings!
Summer is a slow time for the arts. Galleries keep summer hours and art buyers go on vacation. With all the free time, it’s a great time for artists to get some work done in their studio. In order to do that, you’ve got to have paint.
Good oil paint is not cheap. Each tube I use costs between 20-40 dollars a tube. It sounds very expensive, but it lasts long enough to get a lot of work done. To paint about eight of my 40″ square canvases, I usually need at least 12-14 tubes of paint.
So to help offset the cost of new paint, I’m having a sale of $50 paintings. I dug through the archives and found a selection of old paintings! Each of the paintings below are original works done with acrylic on paper. They all come in a variety of sizes, but most are around 4′ square. They have been rolled, but will unroll flat with ease. Inside a frame these paintings will look great!
If you’re interested in one or more of the $50 paintings posted below, send me an email. All sales are first come, first served. If you would like to see a painting in person, or have any questions, just contact me!
