FIVE YEARS AGO...
MY TIME SPENT IN IRELAND...
October 16, 2006 - It's really hard to believe five years have passed since I left the comfortable and all too familiar green hills of Ireland, but the memories from that short time there resonate through me to this day.  While I lived and worked in Ireland, I befriended some of the greatest folks I would ever dream to meet - in a country that is shockingly beautiful and charming in ways you can never imagine.  A whole new flood of memories popped back into my head simply by re-reading these stories, sent straight from Ireland.   Re-live the adventure and take a trip to a simpler time.  It was February, 2001, George W. Bush was just the lucky moron who somehow got elected American President, the tech boom was in full force, and the only war on peoples' minds was if something was going to break out in Northern Ireland...
