A visit to Kansas City
MISC. CITY PICTURES

Walking through Kansas City dredges up a lot of its history and the awe inspiring sense of urban blight shouldered by urban renewal.  KC isn't on many peoples' radar, but the history and accumulated wealth is stunning when compared to smaller cities in the Midwest and South like Austin.

This poor old man and his damaged car at the Village Inn kept Jodie and I entertaised through our lunch.

8043.  Quick and to the point, right?

CLOSED: Keith Coldsnow's Art Supplies.  I absolutely hated that art store, and nearly wet my pants when I saw it was closed.

An old employer: Osco Drug at Westport and Main - now sadly becoming a CVS.
